- Streptococcus thermophilus
- Lactobacillus bulgaricus

- Penicillium roqueforti
- Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Now, question is where all these are used
Streptococcus thermophilus and lactobacillus bulgaricus are used in production of yoghurt.
Streptococcus lactis and leuconostoc citrovorum are used in production of butter milk.
Propionibacterium shermanii is used in cheese & penicillium roqueforti provides specific flavour to cheese
Saccharomyces cerevisiae is used in Baking Industry (Bread industries).
