Take four apples wash them properly under running tap water cut them in small pieces without removing their skin (as it gives some benefits) take two small cup of milk in a clean container add six table spoon of sugar to it then after that, add small pieces of apple in a mixer jar with other ingredients (milk & sugar) now it’s time to switch on the mixer, make a fine paste add some dry fruits (almonds,cashew nuts, raisins) to it only after draining the paste with a strainer, one more thing don’t forget to add some ice cubes after that it’s time to enjoy it.
